Tomatillo Salsa
serves 4
Ingredients
4 tomatillos, cleaned and halved
1 onion, peeled and quartered
1/2 C cilantro leaves
1/4 C lime juice
1 cl garlic, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
Instructions
Broil the tomatillos and onion until blackened.
Puree the tomatillos, onion, and remaining ingredients, then cool. Season to taste.
Plate and serve.
